Terms and Conditions for Accommodation at Sun Apartments Mount Hotham

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation at Sun Apartments Mount Hotham. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in, as outlined in our booking terms. Payments can be made via secure online payment, bank transfer, or credit card. Please note that bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking, adhering to our cancellation policy.

According to the booking terms of Sun Apartments Mount Hotham, cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a 10% administration fee. However, cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the property can be rebooked for the same dates. Please note that no refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or disruptions to travel due to weather, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

As part of the booking terms for Sun Apartments Mount Hotham, a refundable security bond may be required prior to arrival to cover any potential damage or excessive cleaning.

Check-in at Sun Apartments Mount Hotham is strictly from 3:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM to adhere to our booking terms and cancellation policy.

The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking terms. Sun Apartments Mount Hotham enforces a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. Additionally, guests are responsible for the behaviour of all occupants and visitors as outlined in our cancellation policy. 

Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am. If for any reason the police are called to attend the property, all occupants will be evicted immediately with no reimbursement. 

Snow conditions are outside our control, and as outlined in our booking terms, refunds will not be issued for lack of snow or lift closures. Guests participate in snow sports at their own risk. Sun Apartments Mount Hotham and its owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property. Additionally, Sun Apartments has a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all occupants and visitors, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including snow cover, to protect against unforeseen circumstances when booking their stay at Sun Apartments Mount Hotham.

COVID-19 & Force Majeure

If government restrictions prevent travel to Mount Hotham, our cancellation policy allows for bookings to be rescheduled or credited at the owner’s discretion.

Governing Law

These booking terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in Victorian courts.
