Sun Apartments Mount Hotham - Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Payments can be made via secure online payment, bank transfer, or credit card.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a refund of the deposit, less a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, unless the property can be rebooked for the same dates.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or weather-related travel disruptions.

A refundable security bond may be required prior to arrival to cover any damage or excessive cleaning

Snow conditions are outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for lack of snow or lift closures.
Guests participate in snow sports at their own risk.
Sun Apartments and its owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property.
Sun Apartments has a strict no-smoking and no-party policy.
Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all occupants and visitors.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including snow cover, to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

COVID-19 & Force Majeure

If government restrictions prevent travel to Mount Hotham, bookings may be rescheduled or credited at the owner’s discretion.

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in Victorian courts.
