Check out strictly before 10am

Check out - on check out day, you can collect your car from the overnight parking and move it close to Sun Apartments. You can leave your car in the day parking between bus stop 7 & 8. This will allow you to move your luggage to your car, prior to 10am.

Snow chains must be carried during the declared winter season - this is a legal requiment in Victoria. You can hire chains in either Harrietville or Omeo - depending on the direction of your approach. They must be fitted when directed. If coming from Melbourne, check the weather before leaving - if there is snow predicted, it is often safer and quicker to come via Omeo.

Cots and highchairs may be available - depending on demand, if required, please request at time of booking.

Lessons can book out - particularly during the Victorian July school holidays - please be sure to book in advance.

When entering the resort - you must purchase an entry permit for your car. Cameras monitor cars entering and exiting the resort.
